These 84mm 1-1/4 size blunts are engineered for repeatable output on commercial filling lines, with dimensional tolerances documented per SKU. Rolled from green hemp wrap, they strike the balance retailers ask for between burn quality and shelf appeal. Every unit ships with a spiral paper filter, keeping the draw smooth and stray material out of the mouthpiece. Backed by our FSC-certified sourcing and batch-level quality control, with samples available before you commit to a full production run.
