Sizes Available for Custom Orders

We manufacture custom cones and tubes across the full range of standard formats: 70mm Dogwalker, 84mm (1-1/4), 98mm Standard and Reefer, 109mm King Size, and 120mm Little FatBoy. Each size is available in both cone and straight-tube construction, so a King Size custom run and a Dogwalker sample pack can share the same paper spec and branding if that's what your product line needs.

Paper and Material Options

Custom orders can be built on any paper stock we stock as a base SKU: French White, Unrefined Brown, 100% Organic Hemp, and colored papers, plus hemp wrap for blunt-format products. FSC-certified paper is available across these options if chain-of-custody documentation matters for your compliance records — ask for it specifically when you request a quote.

Filter Tips and Finishes

Every custom run can be paired with wood tip, ceramic tip, glass tip, spiral paper filter, or M&W paper filter construction. The filter isn't just a functional add-on — it's part of the finished product your customer handles first, so it's worth choosing deliberately rather than defaulting to whatever's fastest to source.

How Branding Gets Applied

Custom branding on these products typically means printed filter tips, printed papers, or branded external packaging (bags, jars, or tubes) layered on top of the base spec — not a different manufacturing process, just a different finish on the same production line. That's why the same tolerances and QC process apply to a custom run as to a stock order.

Do I have to order one size or material per run, or can I mix them?

You can mix sizes and materials within a single custom order — for example, a King Size and a Dogwalker variant under the same branding. Let us know the full spec list when you request a quote so it can be priced as one run.

Is there a separate minimum for each size or filter type?

Minimums are set at the SKU level, not the order level — each distinct size/material/filter combination has its own minimum, which is confirmed on your quote before you commit to a production run.

Can I see the base product before deciding what to customize?

Yes — every product listed in this collection is a real, in-production SKU, not a placeholder. Order a sample of the base spec before committing to a custom print run if you want to check paper feel and filter fit first.

What's the difference between ordering here versus the Cone Builder?

This collection is for choosing your base size, material, and filter spec. The 3D Cone Builder is for previewing your actual logo and colors on that spec before you order — most custom buyers use both: pick a base here, then preview the branding there.

Do custom orders ship with the same lead time as stock orders?

Custom runs take longer than stock SKUs since they include a print step — your quote will include a specific ship date once your spec and artwork are finalized, rather than the standard stock lead time.
